This page covers the most common gameplay and technical questions about the current browser version of Sweet Realm Arcade.
Why did my gems swap back?
A swap is accepted only when it creates a horizontal or vertical match of at least three identical gems. Invalid swaps return to their original positions and do not consume a move.
How do blocker levels work?
Sugar blockers sit over normal board tiles. Clear matches or power effects that reach the blocker area. The objective is complete when the blocker counter reaches zero.
What counts toward a collection objective?
Any target-color gem removed by a normal match, cascade or Prism effect counts. The objective progress line updates as those gems are cleared.
Why can I reach the score but still not finish a mixed level?
Mixed levels require every displayed condition. Reaching the score alone is not enough if target gems or blockers remain.
Does the game work on phones?
Yes. The layout is responsive and supports both tapping and pointer-based swipe gestures. Very old browsers may not support every animation or audio feature.
Why does music start only after I press Play?
Modern browsers commonly prevent audio from starting until the user interacts with the page. Pressing Play provides that interaction.
Can I turn audio off?
Yes. Use the Audio card on the home screen. The choice is stored locally in the browser.
Where is my progress saved?
Unlocked levels, stars, coins, achievements and several preferences are stored in browser local storage. There is no account or cloud-save system in this package.
Why did my progress disappear?
Clearing site storage, changing browsers or devices, or using some private-browsing modes can remove local progress.
Are coins real money?
No. Coins are a local entertainment value only. They have no cash value and are not redeemable.
Is the game designed specifically for young children?
No. The site is positioned as general-audience, family-friendly entertainment rather than a child-directed service.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include the device type, browser, level number, what you expected to happen and what actually happened. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive information.
